POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Red Peak Technical Services, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opportunity for an entry level Documentation Specialist supporting the NAVAIR Tech Data contract. This position will assist the contract Project Control Analysts with monitoring costs and verifying the costs stay within the funding constraints when reviewing invoices and preparing monthly CDRLs.

Duties may include, but not limited to, assisting the contract Project Control Analysts with the following tasks:



  • Review and process delivery letters and DD250 forms
  • Monitoring and reviewing CDRLs
  • Monitor DOL rates
  • Monitor projections to ensure hours and funding are executed within the awarded constraints
  • Purchase office and ODC supplies
  • Preparing travel requests and travel expense reports


Payrate:$17.20 Hourly

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have a minimum of two years working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Must possess excellent proofing skills with attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to follow oral and written directions and processes.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Must be open to change and adapt to newsystems, and processes.
  • The willingness to learn and take on additional tasks.
  • MS Excel experience (proficient with formulas) is required.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week on a consistent basis.
  • Must be an U.S. citizen.
