Title: Mobile Response Team Access Line (Behavioral Health)

Job Duties: The Mobile Response Team Access Line answers phone calls into the Mental Health Hotline and ensures that callers receive care and support they need. The Access line is designed to streamline the process of accessing mental health or substance abuse treatment services, provide immediate support and guidance during crisis, and connect individuals with appropriate care providers and resources.

Schedule:



  • Full Time Overnight 8 PM to 8 AM
  • Part Time Weekends 8 AM to 8 PM, or Overnight 8 PM to 8 AM
  • On-Call


Qualifications:



  • Two (2) years of full-time experience or part-time equivalent in a mental health setting.
  • Strong Phone and Communication Skills
  • Prefer a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a field related to mental health.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-V and psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery principles.

About the Mobile Response Team: The Crestwood Behavioral Health Mobile Response Team (MRT) provides community-based interventions for those experiencing a mental health crisis. Our team is available to deploy into the community to provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization. The MRT is staffed by Licensed/Registered Mental Health Counselors and Peer Specialists who can provide services throughout Lompoc and Santa Barbara County including residences, parks, shelters, schools, and hospitals. The goal of the MRT is to de-escalate the crisis and safely connect individuals with mental health care and resources.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$24 - $27 USD
