New Journey, a Genesis10 company, is currently seeking a Network Development Operations Analyst with our client in their New Holland, PA location. This is a 12+ month contract with the possibility to convert to a full-time position.

Range:
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range is subject to change.

Responsibilities:


  • Developing and maintaining team SharePoint site, for all departments building a folder structure at an organizational level, and then re-organizing all existing data
  • Work closely with the head of Network Development and all Dept managers to develop, track, and manage regional KPI for all functions
  • Lead interface for all support functions for service dealer setup: location and data transfer, central site maintenance and organization, managing small contract modification by interfacing with legal for approval and filing new paperwork, third-party service provider cost tracking
  • Working cross-functionally with management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
  • Support for Site coordination including Executive travel support and local support activities related to local team events including building travel event plans, supporting logistics and facility maintenance
  • Inventory Tracking and management offering weekly updates to management and recommendations on trends and issues
  • Ability to cross-train with the Sales operation team to learn the following activities to support the team during high-volume months:

    • Supplier management order entry and tracking
    • SAP data entry for Invoicing
    • SAP PO Entry and payment tracking
    • Filing and tracking of Emissions documents
    • Zero-hour quality tracking
    • Customer delivery issue tracking and resolution


  • Interface with customers.
  • Manage and distribute sales-related information within the office between internal and external customer
  • Schedule meetings and take detailed notes for post-meeting summary.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly presentations.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • Demonstrate ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges.



Requirements:

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline

  • Clean and prepare data for analysis. This includes removing errors, identifying outliers, and transforming data into a format that can be analyzed.
  • Comfortable using data to construct business inferences with limited or incomplete information.
  • Quick learning and ability to learn through dealing directly with local information experts
  • Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Products is a must.
  • Ability to approach problems logically and make informed decisions based on the data.
  • Ensuring accuracy in data analysis and recognizing anomalies or errors in data.
  • Clearly convey findings, both written and orally, to non-technical stakeholders. This includes creating reports and presentations that give insights from the data.
  • Proactive approach with comfort interfacing.
  • Collaborating with other departments or teams, understanding their needs, and providing them with relevant data insights.
  • Recognizing the ethical implications of data usage, storage, and analysis, especially in terms of privacy and security.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by management
