Summary of role: We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter who wants to join a fast-growing company supporting the Technical Operations and Quality functions with pharmaceutical and manufacturing support experience. Responsible for the monthly and quarterly actual and forecast/budget reporting for the Technical Operations and Quality functions. Primary responsibility includes business partnering with the manufacturing leadership team to develop clear analysis and financial decision support to our various stakeholders and cross functionally through financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting and accounting for various initiatives. Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to: headcount tracking and reporting, account reconciliations, account analysis, variance analysis and involvement with the budgeting and forecasting.
