JOB SUMMARY

Provide support to facilities operations to lead efforts in problem definition, data collection/analysis and in the development of data driven recommendations utilizing both facility and corporate resources that result in problem resolution.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Organize and connect different processes, integrate all data sources, and analyze important data that is beneficial to facilities.
  • Establish and draw useful insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Improve decisions to provide accurate and positive impact the business's bottom line.
  • Own and drive critical spare parts inventories and integrate into corporate CMMS system.
  • Support and develop corporate strategies as it pertains to warehousing, procurement and strategic planning.
  • Identification of facility operations design basis KPIs and the development of data monitoring and data analysis processes that result in improved facility operations utilization that result in driving and executing day-to-day success.
  • Develop best practices, data review and collection to improve safety, production rates and product quality.
  • Lead and drive corrective actions through to resolution.
  • Provide solutions and support for high-cost maintenance and repair efforts, operations optimization, data acquisition and analysis, troubleshooting, outage planning and execution of capital projects to improve safety, efficiency, reliability and reduce costs at Synagro Facilities.


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES



  • Must be able to do several tasks at one time, keep detailed records, verify parts numbers between specifications and catalogs or inventories, and manage several projects at once in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Self-directed resource with leadership tendencies that allow for situational deployment success in obtaining Facility management buy-in to process data driven problem solving and solution implementation.
  • Prior experience establishing, integrating, managing, and maintaining logistical warehouse and strategic planning required.
  • Strong knowledge of materials handling, process systems, composting or thermal treatment.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications with an understanding of procedures and field implementation strongly desired,
  • Proven experience in leadership and team building.
  • Advanced computer proficiency. (Microsoft Office, CMMS, NetSuite).
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written.
  • Problem solving.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES



  • Bachelor's degree in an Industrial Engineering discipline or Business Logistics highly desired.
  • 5-7 years' experience in technical Project Management of utilities or industrial/manufacturing technologies, experience a plus
  • Warehouse Management/ Inventory management.
