Pay Range: $25.85 - $32.30 per hour

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Schedule production lines according to instruction by the Production Supervisors. Responsible for schedulingaccordingly, inform supervision if expected rates and or grades are not being met as scheduled, or make adjustments as instructed. Document downtime as it occurs on all production lines. Will be required to run histograms and various other reports as directed by management. Notify supervision of any alarms or notifications that the system gives when there are mechanical issues. Responsible for checking system performance and alert management if anomalies or expectations are not met by the system.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Set up daily schedule, adjust the schedule, and consistently check that all product rates are being met.
• Analyze data and run histograms
• Record and document all downtime associated with the Foodmate lines
• Run Reports at the end of the shift and distribute on a daily basis
• Check the physical Foodmate system and ensure that it is working properly
• Correlate with Foodmate Machine attendants to ensure that changes in product mix take place accordingly. Properly and promptly input data transactions into computer database. Maintain reports and production paper work in an organized manner.

Qualifications:

• Must be a High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have good mechanical knowledge
• Must have good interpersonal skill
• Must have verbal, written and communications skills.
• Prior computer experience/data entry is preferred (OP/WMS)
• Knowledge of Outlook and MS Windows (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Ability to create reports and translate data
