The Hopkins Dining is seeking aTeam Leaderwho will provide day-to-day management support and overall direction to the hourly team members for dining operations. Responsibilities include oversight of menu signage, training programs, food safety, production, postproduction, presentation of food, inventory management and cost control. As well as adherence to local, state and national food sanitation regulations, and proper use of necessary kitchen equipment. This position reports to the location manager and shares the commitment to create an environment that enhances the dining experience of Hopkins students and supports the academic mission of the University. Focusing on the student experience and quality execution will be vitally important in the role. This position will also participate in team meetings and planning efforts to ensure we maintain the highest level of service and quality for Johns Hopkins University students.
