Lead Supply Chain Data Management - Member Transactions
What you will be doing: This position executes on the tactical plan to deliver master, reference or transaction data that is accurate, timely, consistent, complete and trusted across the enterprise as "the source of truth" This position will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations, development and decision making in multiple domains. This position will provide input into tactical and strategic plan, provides day-to-day direction, empowers team, recommends, understands and implements standards in a healthcare focused environment. Leads small team for fixed/variable period. Emphasis is on data integrity and conformity of information. Specific responsibilities of the role include primary ownership and/or oversight of at least five of the following Supply Chain Data Management functions and the ability to perform any as needed to react to business needs.
Project Management for master data management team projects Record Enrichment and Attribution Supplier aliasing and standardization New Item Introduction Categorization & Classification (Transactional or Master Data Records) Association Management between varying product record types Ongoing Data Quality Monitoring and Maintenance Industry Data Standards Assessment, Contribution and Adoption Premier Data Standards Creation and Adoption Sourcing and Contract Management Collaboration Manage and analyze large data sets Client Operations, Experience and Deliver Facilitation Present findings to internal and external leadership and stakeholders
In addition to the above Supply Chain services functions, this position is responsible for the following:
Supporting the business goals and providing input to the strategy of and providing subject matter expertise for all GPO service lines. Helps to identify data management operational challenges, recommending process or technology solution improvements to support Supply Chain Services strategies Assists in developing temporary or long-term process and technology solutions which may include internal or external facing analytical reports while partnering with development support and business analysts teams to implement solutions to address operational challenges and OnePremier business strategies Ability to carry out job responsibilities with minimal level of senior management involvement Basic level familiarity with Catalog Management, Spend Analytics products, and ABI reports User-level knowledge of Premier's Cost Applications, including Supply Analytics, Supply Disruption Manager, Sourcing & Contract Management, ERP, Portfolio Modeling and Supply Chain Advisor Catalog Helps drive continual improvements to data integrity and adherence to Premier's Supply Chain Data Management Standards

Data Content & Collection - Populates data content per metadata, populates reference data, populates identifiers, responsible/accountable for identification, classification & enrichment in multiple domains Metadata Management - Clearly defines and populates metadata Works with team to coordinate data enrichment standards to minimize data variation between ENRI and Fusion/PIM databases and ensure data is usable across the enterprise. Data Quality & Profiling - Understands, implements, recommends & measures (profiling) accuracy, completeness and consistency Data Standards & Practices - High level understands, implements, engages with standard bodies, mapping one standard to other DM Framework & Maturity - Understands & adheres to framework Data Security/Privacy - Provides input and knowledgeable of issues and concepts
Relationship Management - 20%
Builds relationships with cross functional team leads and helps foster cross functional team collaboration Partners with GPO, consulting, and technology resources to ensure effective communication and strong collaboration Interacts with business to communicate DM standards and strategies, and works towards KPIs, SLAs, Exceptions Initiates, recommends and participates in cross team collaboration. Interacts with business and works towards achieving KPI goals and SLAs. Ensure all product-related data is accurate and complete to support applications used by of members.

Required Qualifications Work Experience: Years of Applicable Experience - 4 or more years
Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Preferred Qualifications Skills:
Ability to discern the relevant information during research of ambiguous scenarios to make sound judgement calls Ability to create and use SQL for querying from Premier's master and transaction data sets from applicable systems Advanced MS Excel skill for data manipulation and analysis Contribution towards continual improvements to data integrity and adherence to Premier's supply chain data management standards
Experience:
Strong business acumen and an understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process Deep understanding of how internal and external stakeholders use supply chain data Supply chain experience within a member, supplier, GPO, or other organization preferred. Structured data quality assurance processes and methodologies; data validation rules; data enrichment and attribution; relational database, SQL; data management

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $80,000 - $148,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
