Smartsheet is a tech company with a human story to tell. We're here to empower teams to manage projects, automate workflows, and rapidly build new secure solutions, using simple no-code tools. We're revolutionaries - so for us changing the way the world works is all in a day's work.

The Platform group at Smartsheet is made up of multiple organizations. These organizations are responsible for core services like Authentication, User/Group management, Subscription management, Security and Governance and Administrative experiences, as well as for Payments experiences and integrations with payments and finance partners and systems, and Licensing functionality for all users and features. Senior Managers in the Platform group lead one or more squads of engineers and drive the development, delivery and maintenance of highly impactful services and experiences.

Leaders in Smartsheet engineering set and maintain a high bar for quality and standards. As a leader you will set, measure and maintain the standards on your team. Technical standards related to service operation and ownership. And performance standards for your squads and engineers. We look for leaders who drive results and focus on progress versus over-analysis. We also look for leaders who can simplify while delivering value to our customers quickly. Are you a leader who values autonomy and builds strong partnerships with upstream and downstream dependencies? Do you enjoy building CI/CD solutions that deliver more than daily? Do you like to build backend and frontend solutions? If this describes you, we want to talk with you!

In 2005, Smartsheet was founded on the idea that teams and millions of people worldwide deserve a better way to deliver their very best work.
