Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Scholarship and with minimal supervision, the Associate Director will focus on enhancements of the recruitment, diversity, and yield for the Two-year residential MBA program. Serving as a member of the Admissions Committee, this person will be responsible for providing insight and guidance on selection and yield in their territory(ies) as well as assessing admissions criteria to develop effective recruiting & yield plans, evaluate applications, conduct admissions interviews, attend recruiting events, and recommend scholarship decisions. This position works with Consortium applicants, military applicants, first generation applicants, and applicants to our dual degree programs. The Associate Director will be responsible for the planning and execution of our annual diversity events, such as Johnson Diversity Hosting Weekend and Johnson Military Preview. Additionally, the Associate Director works closely with the Executive Director of Admissions and Scholarship on developing our year-long recruitment events calendar. As well, this position works closely with the Director of Admissions and Scholarship on developing and executing a year-long yield strategy. This position should also have proficiency with our admissions database system, data management and analysis for reporting and territory management. Frequent travel (domestic and international) is required. Required Qualifications:
