Fargo - Groundskeeper Weekends

The Groundskeeper/Custodian is responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding a business or building. This role will also be responsible for performing custodial duties and other miscellaneous duties in order to ensure that the facility is maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner.

Clean grounds and remove litter.
• Ensure public passageways are free of snow and ice.
• Maintain lawns and landscapes around the Marvin property.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM's) and inspections assigned through EAM including outside fire system control valves, and performs weekly and monthly fire system inspections, eye wash stations and fire extinguishers.
• Floor care: maintain production areas using ride on floor cleaning machine.
• Ensure cleaning materials and supplies are stored in a safe and orderly manner and ensure an adequate supply of cleaning materials/supplies is on hand.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and lunchrooms as needed.
• Responsible for facility cleaning/disinfecting including restrooms, lunchrooms, safety room and accommodation room when bodily fluids exist as needed.
• Keep the dock doors and locks clear and free of ice buildup and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• 6-months or more of related experience is ideal
• Hepatitis B vaccination is required
