$6,000 Retention Bonus!!

This position is eligible for a $6,000 retention bonus ($2,500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)

Salary Range

Clinical Trainee Base Salary: $58,256.71 - 67,455.14

Therapist - Fully Licensed Base Salary: $66,752.48 - $77,292.35

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Canvas Health's mental health and substance use disorder providers, clinicians, and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes, the community, and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness, substance use disorders, crisis, unstable housing, and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

Position Summary

Provide group, family, individual therapy, and clinical case management services to students enrolled in our adolescent Children's Mental Health Day Treatment Programs. Provide leadership and coordination of milieu therapies and daily activities of the Therapeutic Learning Center.

Location

Oakdale, MN

Schedule

Monday through Friday daytime, 40 hours per week (occasional early evening for family therapy)

Minimum Qualifications



  • Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • MN state license and eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities required (e.g. LP, LICSW, LMFT) or license eligible within 6 months may be considered.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in either residential or day treatment settings



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
  • Experience in residential or day treatment setting.
  • Experience in recreation, vocational, or expressive therapies.
