Hone Operator

We engineer impact where it counts, from the farms that feed to the modern city. Danfoss in Easley has an opening for a Hone Operator. The Hone Operatoris responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines in the Hone Cell.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  Set up machine in accordance with setup matrix and best practice.

  
  

• 
  

  Understands the different settings and adjustments available on the hone machines

  
  
• 
  

  Understands the basics of statistical process control and the use of control limits

  
  
• 
  

  Comfortable using precision gage tools and measuring equipment.

  
  

• 
  

  Responsible for visually inspecting equipment, complete oil checks, or other inspection methods.
