What you will do:

• Hands-On Work Experience - Perform real work on deadline as a member of our team and walk away with social media posts to add to your portfolio.

• Learn to work with the sense of urgency and accuracy needed in a modern newsroom.

• Receive essential feedback and coaching from a mentor just as invested in your success as you are.

• Engage with senior leaders and expert professionals at Bloomberg Industry Group.

You need to have:

• Examples of social media posts you have created, to submit with your application.

• A drive to produce great journalism.

• Willingness to collaborate with our team of reporters and editors.

• Completed at least three years of an undergraduate program with experience in audience engagement or digital journalism or be enrolled in a graduatejournalismprogram that focuses on audience engagement or digital journalism.

• Prior training or experience in audience engagement and social video.

• Ability to work within a team under deadline pressure.
