Overview Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Program Manager at the senior level to support our C2ISR Division requires infrastructure/enterprise support that oversees, assists, and advises the Division on a wide array of functions and tasks that support successful LCM to reach mission performance goals. The infrastructure/enterprise support defined in this PWS enables the C2ISR Division to execute LCM tasks that are on budget, on schedule, and meet performance requirements with minimal or no risk to mission success. The infrastructure/enterprise support works directly with the Division and Branch leadership to ensure business processes successfully executed and adhered to, that Division programs are compliant with law, regulation, and policy, and that program data is properly defined, documented, and utilized to meet mission need. The A&AS Contractor supporting this program ensure consistency in Division policy, serve as Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure programs are meeting law, regulation, and policy directives, and ensure the successful execution of both Acquisition personnel shall provide contracting, financial/cost management, QA assistance, program integration, facility management, security program administration, administrative, clerical and management assistance, and logistics management A&AS as required by the Government. Program Management support personnel must have current acquisition and program management knowledge and experience in support of DoD weapon systems, preferably AF, to include experience in managing program cost, schedule, performance, and risk. These activities balance many factors that influence cost, schedule, and performance to include, but are not limited to, meeting organizational goals, meeting financial goals, risk management, schedule management, project(s) integration, financial management, and the ability to integrate the separate functions to plan and implement acquisition management according to DoD 5000 series policy and AFI 63-101/20-101 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
Create/support program documentation and activities such as Early Strategy and Issues Sessions, Acquisition Strategy Panels, IMPs/IMSs, Acquisition Program Baselines (APB), Clinger-Cohen Act compliance, cybersecurity strategy, Program Protection Plans (PPP), LCMP, risk management plans, milestone briefings, GFE management, budget/cost research and analysis, PWS development, CDRL development and coordination, and Security Classification Guide (SCG) development and coordination.
