Description Seeking LPN to join Children's Specialty Clinic - GI, Allergy/Immunology at Carolina Pointe II.*This position qualifies for our Outpatient Commitment Incentive Program. This program includes $5,000 paid over a three (3) year commitment. This position is will work primarily with the GI, Allergy/Immunology Clinic. Staff Schedule: Variable shifts from 7am-5pm, with 3-4 late shifts in a 6-week schedule. Hours of Operation: 7:30am and 5:00pm. Responsibilities may include the following: Basic patient rooming: med reconciliation, review of history, reason for visit, allergies, VS, skin testing, immunotherapy, oral challenges, sample collection, phlebotomy, EKGs, basic PFT's, vaccinations. Contributes to the development and maintenance of a current, individualized, goal-oriented plan of care and consults with other health professionals to assure that the assessed needs of patient/caregiver are met.
