Job Purpose:
Processes, manages and directs all Certificates of Insurance for the Structure Tone organization, with primary emphasis on New York. Responsibilities include development of the appropriate Certificate Information, utilizing VERTIKAL & DAY 2 PLUS (INSURANCE SOFTWARE PORTALS) to track and review subcontractor certificates, issue Structure Tone Certificates for each project, work with Structure Tone's insurance broker as necessary to issue all certificates promptly and correctly. Work collaboratively with the Risk Management and all Project Executives to develop and execute Certificates as required. Become proficient in the use of VERTIKAL to track all subcontractor certificates and direct the subcontractors, as needed, to make the appropriate corrections. Become familiar with insurance terminology, proper coverage endorsements and certificates to be able to properly identify and confirm necessary coverage.

Key Responsibilities
* Works closely the Project Teams and Risk Management to identify and track all subcontractor certificates
* Proficient use of VERTIKAL & DAY 2 PLUS
* Oversees and provides direction for all Certificates for both issuance of Structure Tone certificates and receipt of proper subcontractor certificates and attaching endorsements.
* Works with the project teams to address any issues/questions/problems related to Certificates of Insurance
* Alerts Risk Management to any issues or concerns regarding non-compliant certificates

Profile & Key Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in the insurance and/or construction industry. Solid knowledge of Property/Casualty coverages, especially New York State requirements

* Computer Skills - must have first rate computer skills including the ability to build spreadsheets to provide monthly/quarterly reports

* Strong sense of integrity and ethics - demonstrates a commitment to the position and seeks new approaches to work within the risk management environment

Salary Range

Desired salary range $80,000- $120,000
