Job Description

Dewberry Architects is seeking an Architect Professional with 5 - 8 years of experience to work in our Tulsa, OK office. This person should be registered or actively seeking registration.

Our strongest attributes are our client relationships and the almost 30 professionals we have in the Tulsa office You will be joining an experienced team that values great design and quality for each project. While most of our work is in Oklahoma, we regularly assist with work in Atlanta, Chicago, Phoenix and Houston from our Tulsa location. This is an opportunity for someone who understands the importance of design intent, codes and schedules while applying each to both small and large project in a team environment. Responsibilities

We are looking for a self-starter, good communicator and someone that ask questions and wants to learn more about architecture. Ability to build client relationships and confidence. This person will understand the technical details of putting buildings together and be able to maintain design intent while offering design improvement and collaboration through the process. Needs to take minimal instruction and go forward with projects or project components as required for their assigned portion of the project. This person should have the ability to lead others to complete assigned task. A strong working knowledge of Revit is important. Communicate project information between clients, consultants, internal team, and contractors. Should have the desire to understand full project information from design concepts through construction. Our primary focus is in healthcare, higher education and public safety. Your experience in any these project types would be a plus for our Tulsa team..



Required Skills & Required Experience

    A Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited university with a minimum of five years of experience required.
  • Seeking team members that desire Professional Registration if not currently registered.

Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.
