Schedule: Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (6 AM - 6PM)

You will lead and inspire Molnlycke's manufacturing teams to ensure exceptional product quality, customer service, productivity, and financial targets are consistently met or exceeded. Your pivotal role involves implementing production strategies that uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity, fostering a culture of excellence across the manufacturing landscape. In critical decision-making moments, you'll spearhead team development initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational objectives.

What you'll do:



  • Lead and coordinate multi-shift production teams, fostering open communication and teamwork.
  • Collaborate across departments to optimize Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring and emphasize the impact of maintenance practices on factory performance.
  • Drive improvements in safety, productivity, quality, cost, and lean methodologies.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure seamless coordination between shifts.
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding processes in collaboration with other supervisors and managers.
  • Maintain attendance and production records, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Troubleshoot production equipment and modify procedures in line with ISO and FDA guidelines.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support inventory control efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Associate's degree or higher in sciences or trades preferred.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a process-focused environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering and CNC machining is advantageous.
