Roles and responsibilities include the following:




  • External/Internal Event Planning and Execution:



    • Manage planning and execution of a broad range of company events, conventions and sales meetings.
    • Conventions/Conferences/Industry Congresses: contribute to design, planning and management of National Conventions (Medical Meetings). Coordinate with other internal departments (Medical Affairs, Finance, Clinical) involved with the event. Coordinate with/manage convention representatives and local vendors and overall program budget.
    • Sales Meetings: Coordinate with sales leadership on planning and execution of National, Regional and District sales meetings. Work directly with venue representatives on planning and execution of event.
    • Company events: Support CEO and Executive Assistant in planning and execution of a broad range of company events including seasonal parties, charity events and In-Office celebrations.
    • Coordinate communication and logistics with multiple departments
    • Manage the contracting and payments for events.
    • Support the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing team by providing coverage for various activities.



    Advocacy Coordination:



    • Act as point person for ongoing advocacy group relationships, including coordinating communications and meetings with them,
    • Manage the submission of sponsorship and charitable contributions to the Sponsorship Committee, and act as conduit between internal audiences requesting sponsorships, the Committee and the CMO. Track all requests and the budget by brand and indication.
    • Support the Marketing team by providing coverage for various activities, like attendance at specific conferences.




Successful candidates will have the following background/experience:



  • BA/ BS degree in a Health-related or Communication field required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Detail oriented, reliable, organized and able to learn/adapt to new systems
  • Energetic personality and innovative thinking.
  • Adapts well to changes in priorities


This position is intended to be fulfilled fully onsite. The total compensation package for this position will also include incentive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, unlimited paid time off, parental leave, a 401k matching program, and other benefits to its employees.
