Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Program Analyst at the principal level to support our Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) program at Robins AFB, GA. The Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) is an intelligence enterprise system, comprised of 27 active duty, Air National Guard (ANG), and mission partner sites, interconnected by a robust communications infrastructure spanning the globe.

The Program Analyst shall provide support to the program office by analyzing and making recommendations for execution strategies related to specific IPT's and acquisition programs.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

    Advising on courses of action for program IPT's based on current program status and documented program goals and milestones.
  • Assess priority of IPT activities and development projects to optimize tasks and workload.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of business and industry acquisition management practices and use of equipment/products/property
  • Consolidate and provide program information and acquisition data from a variety of sources, i.e., performance data, requirements data, training data, cost data, schedule data, etc., and automate the consolidation of this data wherever possible.
  • Maintain and monitor contract budget databases to include CCaRS, Automated Business Service System, Request and Authorization for In-Scope Tasks and EVM reports.


Education, Requirements and Qualifications

Recommended Education and Experience:

  • Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility is required.
  • Master's or doctorate degree in a related field and at least 20 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 12 years of which must be in the DoD or, bachelor's degree in a related field and 25 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 15 years of which must be in the DoD or, 30 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, 20 years of which must be in the DoD.

Recommended Experience and Skills

  • Experience with DoD acquisitions and LCM program execution.
  • Experience with document approval and routing procedures.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Job may require the employee to be:

  • Willingness to travel if required.
  • In a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Able to ascend/descend stairs as required
  • Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs as needed
