The individual in this role displays proficient time management skills, the ability to prioritize and triage work in a fast-paced environment, thinks critically and displays interpersonal competency. People travel from across the country and around the world for Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) treatment at our hospitals. University of Minnesota Medical Center and University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital have provided compassionate, expert, innovative care to blood and marrow transplant (BMT) patients for over 40 years.Our program has been at the forefront of advances since performing the world's first successful BMT in 1968. Our teams have performed more than 6,000 BMTs since that time. Our BMT Program continues to thrive as one of the most respected BMT research and treatment programs in the world.
