Summary:

The Department of Oral Health Sciences for Temple University is seeking candidates for a research assistant position. Primary responsibilities will be to provide support to the faculty PI with literature review and writing; manuscript writing including reference generation using citation manager tools; and data collection, cleaning and coding. In addition, the Research Assistant will help to evaluate dental radiographs for manual annotation, review patient records within the axium system, and to submit IRB documents for review. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 6 months experience in research. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills & Abilities:

*Must have strong written/verbal communication & interpersonal skills.

*Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

*Must have sound judgments with the ability to make independent decision.

*Ability to work with others as part of a collaborative research team.

Preferred:

*Experience in dentistry
