Job Overview:
  • Shift: Night Shift - 12 hours - 6p - 6a, 2-2-3 schedule
  • Sample - The Digital Finance Professional's projects will automate manual data extraction, saving the finance team dozens of hours each week. This opportunity provides a front-line role in our digital transformation efforts. Successful candidates in this role have been promoted to positions that manage the implementation of digital projects elsewhere in the finance function. This role is be expected to be in the office two days a week.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Leads machinery troubleshooting; documents repairs made.
  • Replaces or repairs defective parts.
  • Reassembles equipment and tests for conformance to specifications.
  • Works on assigned projects; responds to emergency maintenance calls.
  • Disassembles malfunctioning equipment; examines and tests mechanisms on large and small pieces of machinery.
  • Inspects, tests and calibrates complex instrumentation.
  • Test equipment periodically and adjusts calibration to ensure functioning is within specified standards.
  • Interprets technical documents (prints, manuals) as required.
  • Maintains constructive cross-functional relationships.
  • Searches for and executes against continuous improvement opportunities; executes work in a quality fashion.
  • Implements safety improvements; participates in safety teams.
  • Interacts with vendor contractors to obtain quotes and ensure work being performed is at acceptable levels and meets regulatory compliance requirements.
What You Will Need:
  • High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of Industrial Maintenance experience working on equipment or industrial motors and pumps reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR

  • Associates degree or 2-year Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance and Repair plus 4 years of mechanical or Industrial Maintenance experience working on equipment or industrial motors and pumps reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing, production, industrial mechanical or automotive environment.

  • Project management experience.

  • Required to work any assigned shift as needed.

  • Comfortable conducting work at heights.

  • Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.

  • Required to work in a tight and confined space.

  • Required to provide own basic hand tools.

  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel at an intermediate level.

  • Experienced in reading and comprehending complex instructions, correspondence, and memos.

  • Experienced in writing correspondence and procedures.

  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
