Basic Function
HF Sinclair is seeking an IT Audit and Compliance Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring enterprise compliance with adopted frameworks, and applicable regulatory requirements. The team will act primarily as the 2ndline in the 3 lines of defense model. Job Duties
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with an IT background is required. Prior position in IT Governance/IT Audit internal audit or external auditing firm. Progressive achievement in one or more of the traditional IT disciplines (applications, operations, infrastructure, and management). Preferred Experience: Familiarity with IT Operations. Understanding of multiple technology domains including software development, server management, database management, and networking. Technology or risk certification preferred e.g.; CISA, Security +, CGEIT etc. Education Level
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting is required. Required Skills
Understanding of IT general controls, SOX audits, and policy management. Ability to research and gather information from both business and IT functions, strong presentation, verbal and written communication, and ability to work on and manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively.
