To ensure that all Gibs are graded to meet and/or exceed customer requirements.

• Must be at workstation on time with all work apparel clean, sanitized and with all required safety equipment
• Must obey all safety, USDA, HACCP, and plant rules and regulations
• Must be able to separate A-Grade product from under grade product based on customer requirements
• To donn PPE 1
• Perform any duties required by management
