Rehabilitation services at Corewell Health are designed to help patients get back to the activities they enjoy. We treat every age, from children striving toward developmental milestones to seniors seeking to improve their quality of life. This Supervisor supports three locations, Trenton, Wayne, and Southgate with a team of approximately 15 direct reports. There is a treating component expectation of twenty hours weekly. Scope of work As a member of the leadership team responsible to promote the profession and services of Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy. Assists in program development and implementation of services that promote quality and efficient care. Accountable for budgetary goals, quality, clinical outcomes, and operational performance. Promote staff education and research. Directs personnel to perform high quality of care. Provides leadership and assistance to staff in the development and implementation of latest programs. The supervisors maintain daily monitoring of the clinic operations. Collaborates with the Manager in the short and long-range planning of the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
