What you can expect in this role As a Spectrum Intern, you'll be essential to two teams - your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 28th, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations. This intern position will support Spectrum Business Sales Operations, in various capacities. The position will gain useful insight and exposure into operational readiness and project management for a large organization. Duties will include project management analysis and support, sales analysis and support, and process development and support. The intern role will also have exposure to multiple levels of leadership within the organization. Some of the responsibilities for this internship include:
Project management activities to help assist sales and operational activity for Spectrum Business Collaboration with key stakeholder & supporting organizations to assist in project delivery and operational readiness. Some of these organizations include: Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Technical Operations, Billing, Business Planning, and Product Process creation and enhancement Personal and Professional development
Here's what it takes to get started Required qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
