Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans. Our Nevada Community Enrichment Program (NCEP) location provides post acute comprehensive brain injury rehabilitation. Nevada Community Enrichment Program (NCEP) in Las Vegas, NV, a program provided by Accessible Space, Inc. is seeking qualified full time C-Level Administrative Assistant in Las Vegas, NV. You will work with the best and brightest skilled multidisciplinary team in an incredible setting with highly-motivated clients at convenient location. The Senior Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support and assistance to NCEP Director and Clinical Manager to ensure the efficient and effective operations. Duties include but not limited to: Assist the NCEP Director and Clinical Manager with task management, project coordination, and calendar management. Prepare and send internal and external communications. Prepare reports and paperwork for internal and external stakeholders as directed. Assist in tracking and monitoring timelines for performance metrics. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on operational metrics for all lines of service. Schedule regular weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings. Candidate must have a minimum of five years of senior-level office experience and a strong background in standard business equipment and office practices. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Advanced proficiency in MS Word and its applications, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Experience preparing presentation decks. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals. Excellent organizational skills and project management/time management abilities. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Experience working in a clinical setting /knowledge on brain injury and medical rehab specialty programs and accreditation areas.
