Summary:
The Manager Neurosciences Clinic is responsible for providing leadership in and supervision of all clinic activities

Responsibilities:
1.Adds value as a key member of management; understands the business, financials, industry, customers and strategy.

2.Supervises employees, provides direction, coaches, trains and develops, and manages performance to company goals and expectations.

3.Prepares, manages, and adheres to department budget to maintain expenditure controls.

4.Is responsible for providing leadership in and supervision of all clinic activities.

5.Supervises workflow, staffing, orientation, training and supervision, inventory control, maintenance of medical supplies, equipment and service contracts for overall clinic operations

6.Is responsible for participation in preparation and management of center budget and efficient utilization of staff and resources.

7.Performs cross-cover basic management functions for other center leaders.

8.Participates in clinics as needed.

9.Maintains 24-hour emergency availability.

10.Carries out leadership and administration responsibilities in an accurate, timely, and results oriented manner.

11.Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psych/ social, educational, and safety needs of the patients and families served regardless of age.

12.Other duties as required.

Other information:
Technical Expertise
1.Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.

2.Experience in healthcare is required.

3.Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Epic or EMR/EHR/ software is preferred.

Education and Experience
1.Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing is required. Master's degree is required.

2.Certification: Current Ohio RN licensure is required.

3.Certification: Certification in Health care is preferred.

4.Years of relevant experience: 5 to 7 years is preferred.

5.Years of experience supervising: 3 to 5 years is preferred.
