$21/hr plus $2/hr shift premium for overnight shifts

We're looking for talented Machine Operators to help us continue our long legacy of innovation and leadership in our industry. We're in need of both Thermoforming and Print Machine Operators as we grow our Randleman facility with newly installed lines to better serve our customers.

Print Machine Operators: If you have experience in any area of print machine operations-whether with newspapers, books, magazines, or graphic prints-we encourage you to apply today!

Thermoforming Machine Operators: We're seeking both novice and skilled industrial/manufacturing machine operators to fill open positions. If you're ready for a career change, join us!

Shift Availability:

Continuously Operating Plant - 24/7 with a 2-2-3 schedule

• 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
• 8:00 pm - 8:00 am

• All shifts offer overtime as needed

What you'll do...

• Assist with setting-up, starting, diagnosing, troubleshooting and properly shutting down process equipment

• Assist with process machinery from raw materials through downstream finished goods

• Ink color change over

• Mix colors to meet customer specs

• Maintain production logs and reports as required

• Perform production process in SAP as required

What you'll need...

• A minimum of six (6) monthsof experience operating manufacturing and process control equipment or equivalent technical school or apprentice experience preferred
• Math skills to include simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Familiar with and ability to convert decimals to fractions or vice versa
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems including knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Attention to detail and quality
• Experience mixing colors
• Previous Print experience
