Currently, Alliant Health Solutions, a "2024 Best Place to Work and Healthiest Employer", seeks an Administrative Coordinator. This role is contingent upon award of contract.
The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to all states and QIN-QIO leadership.

In this role, the ideal candidate will:

  • Provide confidential administrative support for the department including compiling or typing documents or presentations, scheduling/calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling telephone communications.
  • Perform audits of assessments, Quality Action Plans, and other documents in Alliant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or CMS system for contract compliance.
  • Assist Focused QIO Service (FQS) Team with incoming referrals and updating Alliant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or CMS system.
  • Assist with making updates to Alliant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records for tracking enrolled providers and contacts.
  • Serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, internal or external customers; organizes meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required.
  • Gather, enter, and/or update data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriate; generates reports; and establishes and maintains files and records.
  • Monitor and coordinate shipping, purchases, purchase orders, travel, and expenses etc., and prepares internal reports for management.
  • Compose and prepare written documentation, minutes, and correspondence; proofs incoming and outgoing correspondence and prepares responses as appropriate.

  • Work in close collaboration with other team members to support the development of new projects and the continuous improvement of the overall work of the team.

  • Maintain security and confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA laws and regulations and company policies.
  • Demonstrate compliance with company corporate and departmental policies as evidenced by attendance, punctuality, and dress.
  • Perform other tasks or duties as assigned.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required for this role include:

  • Knowledge of keyboarding and ability to type at least 50 words per minute
  • Knowledge of time management skills with ability to prioritize and organize work, projects, multiple deadlines, and competing priorities
  • Attention to detail, including the ability to edit and proofread documents
  • Knowledge and ability to work with a team
  • Knowledge and ability to work with demanding schedules and stress
  • Knowledge and ability to work with all types of customers internally and externally
  • Computer literate with intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Excel skills are especially critical for success in this position
  • Ability to travel by car or plane to Company locations, customer meetings or other locations as needed
  • Knowledge and ability to work with a team
  • Knowledge and ability to work with demanding schedules and stress
  • Knowledge and ability to work with all types of customers internally and externally
  • Computer literate with intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Excel skills are especially critical for success in this position.

Education, experience and training required and preferred for the position are below:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree

Preferred:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Healthcare, government, and/or nonprofit experience
