Job Summary Research and evaluate state-of-the-art algorithms for detecting and classifying safe landing zones using computer vision techniques. Design and develop custom models for detecting landing zones in real-time based on drone camera input, considering factors like terrain, obstacles, and environmental conditions. Essential Job Duties Research of computational models. Development of computational models. Implementation of computational models. Basic Qualifications Master's degree or higher in an engineering field. Expertise in computer vision algorithms and image processing techniques (such as object detection, segmentation, and feature extraction). Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience training models for real-world deployment. Required Documents Resume Hiring Range $83,000 to $108,400 per year The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
