On-site Cleared IT Program Manager

Summary

Join AIS as we assist our client with some of the most exciting cutting-edge cloud technologies to asst with our country's intelligence projects. As our client sponsor works to modernize systems and move mission applications to the cloud, you will provide quality services that facilitate a seamless software development lifecycle and API and Gateway with modern data repository services. Will support for planning future architectures, infosec assurance and accreditation, Configuration Management and System Engineering for Sponsor's legacy and future complex portfolio of data tools. AIS is looking for someone passionate about helping our country's defense through a 100% on-site position. TS/SCI with full-scope poly is required.

What you will be doing
  • The Program Manager will develop, implement, and evolve program controls to manage and address tactical and strategic program efforts, requirements, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with the Sponsor.

  • They will assist Sponsor manager(s) with establishing mission-focused strategic plans that capture existing capabilities and outline future capabilities and high-level dependencies.

  • The Program Manager will coordinate with Sponsor, to ensure all Contractor personnel are meeting relevant training and technical compliance requirements for the department and the Sponsor.

  • They will monitor the quality control to include individual performance and quality of products in support of the program.

  • The Program Manager will Support Sponsor-directed outreach efforts regarding the Sponsors data collection program and capabilities.

Will work onsite fulltime in McLean, VA area

Required For This Opportunity
  • Demonstrated experience monitoring and reporting on personnel activities, such as performance, milestones, gaps, impediments, and deliverables.

  • Demonstrated experience developing or implementing program controls.

  • Demonstrated experience creating or maintaining strategic plans, documenting existing or future capabilities, and documenting high-level dependencies.

Nice to have skills
  • Demonstrated experience using Enterprise Control Language (ECL) and the Lexis-Nexis High Performance Cluster Computing (HPCC) platform.

  • Demonstrated experience performing All-Source data analysis to perform analytic support to the Sponsor.

  • Demonstrated experience developing custom algorithms to support analytic requirements against massive data stores supporting the Sponsor.

  • Demonstrated experience directly supporting the Sponsor performing technical analysis support using massive data processing systems.

  • Demonstrated experience writing cables.

  • Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating program activities such as installation and upgrading of hardware and software, utilization of cloud services, programming, or systems design development, modification of IT networks, or implementation of Internet and intranet sites.

  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure services such as EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, and VPC.

  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing the required activities to support documentation to meet the Sponsor's data compliance requirements (e.g., legal, data policy)

  • Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, computer science, engineering, or similar scientific or technical discipline. * Graduate degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or another scientific or technical discipline. * Degree or equivalent in CS, MIS, Economics, Physics, Genetics, or Engineering-related field, especially Supercomputing-related.
