Job Description: Microchip Technology Incorporated ("Microchip") is seeking an experienced Sr. Paralegal II - Litigation to support Microchip's litigation team on e-discovery and litigation matters, including collection, preparation, and review of documents for production, supporting internal legal hold process, support of complex litigation, performing legal research and analysis under direction of counsel, and organization and maintenance of legal files and databases. This position requires business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to organize and manage multiple schedules.
