Job Description: Microchip is seeking a Sr. Marketing Specialist for our APID (Analog Power & Interface Division) business unit. In this role you will play a crucial role in streamlining and optimizing the marketing processes and systems that drive the success of our analog product lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Engineering, Corporate Planning, Quality, Finance, Sales, etc.) to ensure efficient operations, data-driven decision-making and effective execution of marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, project management capabilities, and a deep understanding of marketing principles. Additional responsibility includes executing and managing the day-to-day marketing activities that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our analog product lines. This role requires a hands-on approach, a strong understanding of marketing tactics, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns/strategies.
