Your Role With Us: Here at Salem Health we are looking for a Senior Epic Analyst who specializes in Epic's ClinDoc & Stork applications. This individual will help support the overall EMR structure that allows clinicians to effectively do their job from a technological aspect. Epic Analysts here at Salem Health provide pivotal application development and support on crucial modules and data systems within a clinical setting. Core Functions:Plans, analyzes, designs, implements, tests, debugs and maintains Epic ClinDoc & Stork software applications.Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of the Epic System.Leads projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives; Mentors team and assists manager/supervisor in prioritizing work within given area of expertise.Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.Provides input into developing standards and requirements for new products/services and assists in assuring that new purchases fall within this structure.Responsible for maintaining the integrity of multiple systems, solves complex problems, and works independently; receives minimal guidance.Works with internal and external stakeholders for analysis and design of quality clinical build while considering vendor best practice recommendations, strategic organizational alignment, value to the customer, return on investment, maintenance considerations, and alternate solutions.Follows and coaches the team to adhere to standards for internal build, build documentation, and build change processes to assure consistency with build requirements and system stability; Provides required business and/or technical support for both project and production-related activities. Assures compliance to required standards and all that necessary approvals have been obtained throughout the project life cycle.Ability to be on call 1 week per month.
