This position performs the necessary maintenance duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety and production maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

Additional Information:

Days B Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and vendors.




  • Compliance with safety rules and procedures
  • Checks and refills lubricant reservoirs, applies grease to lubricant points, inspects machinery while performing scheduled preventative maintenance
  • Operate shop tools, equipment, and as many machines related to maintenance as skill level will permit
  • Able to make some repairs and adjustments to machinery and assist in dismantling all or parts of machinery to repair or replace defective components
  • Assists in pipe fitting tasks and able to perform some installation tasks unassisted
  • Perform certain portions of repairs to power industrial equipment, assists in rebuilding of related equipment
  • Maintains and services a range of building equipment such as HVAC, lighting, water and sewer, etc.
  • Assists in the installation of new plant equipment
  • Assists other departments as needed
  • Perform all duties related to the Journeyman's position
  • Compliance with all Divisional and Site initiatives such as eAM
  • Ability to work with computers to process required paperwork
  • Work with Casepackers, Filling Machines, Bailers, pumps/pump rebuilds and label machines.
  • Ability to machine parts on engine lathes and milling machines.
  • Troubleshooting equipment breakdowns
  • Utilizing the Computer Maintenance Management System to manage maintenance work.


Minimum Requirements:



  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment (for example: forklifts (stand and sit), pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, vacu-hoists, drum dollys, conveyor belts, etc.)



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Have at least a Journeyman's Card
