Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This position is responsible for the oversight of the maintenance, operation, and strategic management of our locomotive fleet. Coordinates and monitors rail locomotive maintenance activities of the fleet, including inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance. Collaborates and maintains strong working relationships with external suppliers and vendors to procure necessary services and parts to support fleet operations. Works interdepartmentally with Sales, Customer Service, Documentation, Finance, Risk, and Legal to ensure the bank successfully meets its corporate goals. Responsibilities
Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in Rail Mechanical or Engineering Environment specific to Locomotives -OR- High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Rail Mechanical or Engineering Environment specific to Locomotives. If hired in Illinois, the base pay for this position is generally between $70,000 and $80,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
