Job Description

The UMKC Campus Facilities Management (CFM) team is seeking an Office Support Assistant IV to join our team. This position will perform administrative work in accounting, billing, the University's work order system, and working directly with our trades group employees, ensuring all maintenance and repair issues are reported and communicated in a timely manner.

There is never a dull, typical day on campus as we have a wide variety of buildings that range from over 100 years old to just under 2 years old, and some of our most iconic buildings have great history in Kansas City, for example Scofield Hall. Key Responsibilities

1. Enter charges from vouchers, credit card transactions and ePro orders into work order system for recharge.
2. Review and confirmation of accurate labor hours in work order system for recharge.
3. Assist in entering utility information for tracking and analysis.
4. Provide coverage of central office phone and work order requests when needed.
5. Assisting vendors with parking and meetings.
6. Assist customers with request, keys, pick-up and drop-off mail.
7. Additional duties as assigned.

Shift

8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience

At least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired

Anticipated Hiring Range

Up to $19.92, commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.
