The UMKC Campus Facilities Management (CFM) team is seeking an Office Support Assistant IV to join our team. This position will perform administrative work in accounting, billing, the University's work order system, and working directly with our trades group employees, ensuring all maintenance and repair issues are reported and communicated in a timely manner. There is never a dull, typical day on campus as we have a wide variety of buildings that range from over 100 years old to just under 2 years old, and some of our most iconic buildings have great history in Kansas City, for example Scofield Hall. Enter charges from vouchers, credit card transactions and ePro orders into work order system for recharge. Shift
8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience At least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired Anticipated Hiring Range
Up to $19.92, commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity. Application Deadline
