Here's what you'd do:

  • As an industrial maintenance reliability tech reporting directly to the Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, specifically proactive tasks, necessary to provide high-quality, efficient, and timely shipment of the client's products.
  • Safety, quality, productivity, and a good work ethic are essential to the client's culture.
  • Adheres strictly to safety protocols, leading by example and mitigating risks.
  • Executes preventive and predictive maintenance tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Troubleshoots fundamental electrical issues, in addition to mechanical problems.
  • Collaborates effectively with operations to address equipment anomalies.
  • Engages in proactive maintenance initiatives like FMEA and RCCA.
  • Utilizes internal CMMS to keep detailed work records for future reference and analysis.
  • Upholds high standards of housekeeping in personal work areas.
  • Installing and maintaining auxiliary equipment as required by production.
  • Maintaining and repairing utility and facility-related equipment as directed by the Plant Engineer.
  • Assisted/trainedother maintenance personnel with repairs, PMs, and rebuilds.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments and teamsfor proactive problem resolutions.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Manage small projects to maintain or upgrade equipment.
  • Performing all duties in support of the client's quality and safety policies.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $38.98/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week (3rd Shift).

Length: Direct Placement.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an industrial environment or military.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial and motor controls.
  • Proficiency in precision welding, shop tools operation, and mechanical repairs.
  • You are skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems, including motor controls, wiring, and PLC basics (Allen Bradley).

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be needed to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Comfortable with mechanical lifts, ladders, kneeling, bending and twisting, lifting to 50 lbs.
  • Working independently and managing multiple tasks in an off-shift position with rotating shifts that will need overtime, including weekends.
