Norris is currently seeking individuals to fulfill the role of Health Liaison in our Residential Program at our West Bend campus. Under the supervision of the Group Care Program Manager, the Health Liaison (HL) is responsible for ensuring youths' health needs are appropriately addressed and met, in accordance with licensing requirements and accreditation standards. This includes scheduling and transporting youth to appointments, completing and filing medical paperwork, as well as overseeing medication administration, storage and documentation occur timely and accurately. The HL demonstrates knowledge and understanding of all health and wellness-related policies, protocols and procedures. The HL also ensures practices and services are sensitive to the ethnic and cultural diversity of our youths.

This position requires that the individual effectively communicates with employees including program leaders, clinicians, youth liaisons, the contracted psychiatrist and other individuals. The HL must work a flexible schedule that is subject to change to meet the program's evolving needs at any time, including nights and weekends.

Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; Associates degree in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services or related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years with experience preferred in Pediatric/Adolescent, Psychiatric Medicine and Quality Assurance
