We're seeking a highly motivated Product Support Rebuilds Intern to join our team at our Murrysville or Harrisburg, PA office.

Position Summary:

A Rebuilds Intern at Cleveland Brothers Equipment will play a crucial role in coordinating activities around the Certified Rebuild Program. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analyzing business processes, identifying technology requirements, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Inspect, quote, submit and coordinate all activities surrounding the Certified Rebuild Program. This includes full certified machines, certified power trains and certified components.
  • Meet with customers and assist the sales force in explaining and selling the certified product.
  • Keep track of all certified work orders and prepare periodic reports for upper management.
  • Work with all concerned on Cat Insurance issues which are an integral part of the Certified program.
  • Quote repairs for the Sales Department, PSSR's, customers and the shop as needed
    - Assist mechanics and shop supervision in making day to day decisions based on certified requirements



Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree for Heavy Equipment Industries, or related field and be able to demonstrate:



  • MS Office proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage tasks, schedules, and data efficiently.
  • Strong communication abilities: Both written and verbal.
  • Critical thinking: Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Self-starter: Demonstrating initiative and proactiveness.
  • Research and writing skills: Useful for tasks like policy development and employee communications.
