Analyst, Pharmacy Financial Performance

Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area)

Position Responsibilities:



  • Lead monitoring of pharmacy pricing to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance
  • Develop data models and data visualizations to support analysis and resolution of any pricing variances
  • Ensure claim adjudication accuracy, including coordination with other business functions to investigate and resolve any discrepancies
  • Collaborate with other business functions to design, refine, and maintain internal pricing, modeling, analytics, and reporting SOPs
  • Support general business needs, as required
  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance


Required Qualifications:



  • Undergraduate bachelor's degree, with record of strong academic performance in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Administration
  • 1+ years of experience developing data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
  • 1+ years of experience developing data models using SQL; dbt experience highly preferred but not required
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail with an intellectual and professional curiosity
  • Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily


Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
