Job Title: Project/Program Manager
Location(s): Seattle, WA
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
- The community issues resolution program manager plays a critical role within communities owning the feedback loop processes helping community members find resolutions to high severity issues, widely affecting the network.
- The program manager orchestrates roadmaps and actions across the AGC product, tech, the Comms and program teams, ensuring on a tactical level, the resolution of escalations within the agreed SLAs and quality bar, providing visibility to leadership along the process. On a strategic level, the program manager is responsible for using their high-judgment to influence the content's team roadmap, rendering the content relevant to the demands of the community and looking around corners to prevent escalations through timely and robust content and by tracking and exposing externally the promises made to community members and their status.
Years of Experience:
- 2 -3 Years experience in as a program manager
Degree or Certification:
- six sigma
