Department OverviewOur Printed Circuit Board Design Operations team brings electronic circuits to life in the physical form. Using layout software, the PCB design process combines component placement and routing to define electrical connectivity on a manufactured circuit board. Job Description

This position requires ECAD electrical schematic capture and physical layout tool experience or the desire to learn ECAD electrical schematic capture and physical layout tool skills. The intern can expect to take part in the following tasks:

  • Plans and assist the design layout of components / products / circuit boards

  • Performs enhancements and modifications for design layout

  • Ensures that designs are free of process defects

  • Performs high-density routing, develops symbols, and generates files, reports, and electronic PCB documentation

  • Develops methodologies to enhance productivity

The intern must enjoy working on a computer for long periods of time and be a fast learner.

Basic Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Architecture Design, or Industrial Design.

  • Must gradute on or after December 2025.

  • Must be a US Citizen, permanent resident or be an MS student with work authorization (F1 Visa on CPT accepted only for masters-level students).
