Senior Electrician CMC

• Performs scheduled and unscheduled electrical maintenance and/or repair to equipment/areas within the control of the craft throughout the facility.
• Independently handles moderate to complex electrical repairs. Provides training and mentoring as needed.
• Initiates work orders.
• Documents all work, closing work orders in the current software.
• Installs, remodels, or upgrades equipment including, but not limited to, the normal and emergency power distribution systems, motors, security systems, fire alarm systems, beds, the pneumatic tube system, nurse call systems, TV distribution system, and doors.
• Orders parts as needed.
• Performs duties as assigned.
• Shift work may vary based upon hospital demands and emergencies.
