The Quantum System Specialist position is the acting Frontline Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Quantum ERP software. The responsibilities of this position include training and assisting employees on Quantum user requirements, assists the Quantum System Administrator in the setup and maintenance of new Quantum databases for new contracts, and the analysis of data required for the success of all Contracts/Programs at S&K Aerospace.
QUANTUM DATA ANALYSIS
- Provide frontline Quantum technical support related to contract requirements, including the creation of warehouse and stock locations, uploading part data, and verifying accuracy.
- Participate in strategic planning processes and execution of Quantum system development resulting in program modifications required to effectively execute contractual obligations.
- Aid in the development, creation, and maintenance of contractual reports and pull reports as needed.
- Provide data audits by reviewing record accountability in Quantum
- Analyze data sets within Quantum to assist Program Managers in resolving contract issues.
- Create contractual action plans to provide ongoing analyses in areas pertaining to contractual requirements, with emphasis placed on parts procurement, on-time delivery, order fulfillment rates, and delivery processes, allowing for improvement in contract efficiencies.
- Attend Contract meetings with Program Management to provide knowledge and expertise of Quantum requirements.

EMPLOYEE QUANTUM TRAINING
- Assess employee training needs with the help of the contract Program Manager.
- Develop training process(es) based upon employee needs.
- Provide training through virtual or face-to-face methods.

Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of management. |
Education |
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management, or other logistics field required - bachelor's degree preferred.
- Work experience may substitute for the education requirement. Each 2 years of related experience is equivalent to 1 year of college.

Experience |
- Minimum of six (6) years' experience working in the Logistics or Supply Chain field, four of which must have been in a role requiring the use of Quantum.
- Direct experience working on contracts or projects with or for the U. S. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), USAF/AFSAC or Foreign Air Force.

License, Cert or Registration |
- Current driver's license
- Proof of U.S. citizenship
- Must have ability to obtain and retain a valid security clearance and US Passport.
- Six Sigma experience or certification is preferred.

Special knowledge, skills, & abilities |
- Excellent English language skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate before groups of customers or employees inside or outside of the organization.
- Must possess an excellent understanding of technical issues and the ability to work within a U.S. Government contractual environment.
- Knowledge of DOD procedures required for the expediting of high priority requisitions.
- Demonstrate critical thinking to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
- Detailed understanding of demand analysis and how it impacts inventory investments and production schedules.
- Possess problem solving and analytical skills needed to investigate and develop theories and conclusions based on information gleaned from multiple sources of information.
- To perform this job successfully, the individual must show proficiency with computers, software, and general office equipment. Intermediate or higher proficiency using Microsoft Office programs specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Willing to travel.
- Must have outstanding attention to detail and data input skills.
