Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Responsibilities Conduct reviews and process improvement on various quality metrics or data reporting requirements to meet external and internal requirements and deliver performance that meets goals. Develop and maintain knowledge of assigned quality metrics/processes/order sets/pathways. Obtain, review and study quality metric specification updates to remain current and work to ensure compliance. Fulfill documentation and reporting requirements. Provide information and support to clinical staff, leadership, and colleagues. Completes chart abstractions, data collection and reporting for assigned quality metrics including analysis for opportunities and leading resulting process and quality improvement activities. Report and display data/information in a clear, understandable format for end-users to identify/detect patterns, trends, analysis, programs and barriers. Create or provide process flows and reports as needed. Qualifications
