Energy Solutions is seeking a Marketing & Communications Managerto join our Marketing Team. We are looking for a well-rounded marketing communications professional who can manage a variety of different projects and content, and is customer-oriented, as well as strategic. We are looking for a professional with strong writing skills who can translate technical content into clear, simple, and accessible language that makes audiences take action. You will work on coast-to-coast client work, and also contribute to efforts to enhance awareness and recognition of the Energy Solutions brand.

Responsibilities



  • Create, implement, and oversee marketing and communications strategies that effectively describe and promote client programs to stakeholders and program participants
  • Develop and manage marketing communications plans and calendars to inform program stakeholders about important updates and information about client programs
  • Analyze existing marketing materials and update, as needed, for effective value propositions and consistency across programs
  • Develop a communication channel strategy to ensure the effective dissemination of program information, including outreach materials, email, direct mail, website, and social media
  • Engage with team members to manage the development of communications content including email communications, press releases, social media posts, webinar presentations, and more
  • Manage timely execution of the marketing communications calendar and channel strategy
  • Duties will include coordinating program online and in-person events



Requirements & Capabilities



  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, business administration, public relations or another relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications or other relevant field
  • Exceptional communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening
  • In-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for diverse objectives and audiences, such as, business correspondence, public relations, marketing and sales copy, and social media
  • Ability to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departments
  • Great project management skills, including time management, goal setting, multitasking, and prioritization
  • Good data analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced organization abilities
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with emailplatforms such as MailChimp
  • Experiencewith social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and X

Compensation to commensurate with experience within the pay band of $89,000 - $122,000/Annually

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Office Locations and a Remote Workforce
